Registration of Admitted Applicants

Friday June 17 / Computational Robotics Engineering

Admitted persons may register, in person , on the corresponding date according to the career, at the facilities of the Polytechnic University of Yucatán  from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm._cc781905- 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

They must present the following documentation in original and 2 copies :

  1. Full high school certificate  with a minimum GPA of 7.0 and legalization of signatures ( see information here ). In the event that the baccalaureate studies certificate is in process, the person admitted may present an updated certificate issued by the institution of origin in which it is established that they have accredited all their subjects, as well as the list of qualifications. Likewise, they will sign a commitment letter in which they are obliged to deliver it within a period not exceeding sixty calendar days ( download commitment letter format ).

  2. Proof of deposit of annual registration fee ($480.00) and first monthly payment ($480.00), for a total of $960.00 (NINE HUNDRED AND SIXTY PESOS 00/100 MN) to BBVA Bancomer account No.0108286833, in the name of the Polytechnic University of Yucatan.

  3. Deposit receipt for the Institutional Credentialing process, single payment of $100.00 (ONE HUNDRED PESOS 00/100 MN) to BBVA Bancomer account No.0108286833, in the name of the Polytechnic University of Yucatan.

  4. Birth certificate .

  5. CURP ( download )

  6. Registration form ( generated by the system)

  7. Copy of official identification ( INE/IFE, Passport, Military Service Card ).

  8. Social Security Number Assignment Format  ( download)

  9. Optional insurance validity format  ( download)

  10. Signed code of ethics format  ( download)

  11. Letter of authorization for use of personal image  ( download)

 

Note: In the event that any of the documents established in this section is missing, the admitted person will have a period of sixty calendar days to deliver them, otherwise the registration will be canceled without reimbursement of the corresponding fee .

Step 6.-English Language Placement Test

Date: Saturdays June 25, July 2 and 9 

All registered persons must take the English language placement exam on the dates established by the University's Language Coordination.

Note: Enrolled people will be sent via e-mail the confirmation of the day that corresponds to them to take the exam according to their surnames and the Educational Program to which they signed up.

 

 

Step 7.- Leveling course (people marked with *)

Date: From August 8 to 26, 2022

Enrollees who have obtained unsatisfactory performance level (I) in the Specialized Knowledge exam , specifically in the disciplinary areas of Advanced Mathematics and/or Physics, must take the regularization course on the dates indicated, this course DOES NOT will cost.

Acquire your UPY uniform shirts at once, whose cost is $190.00 each.

 

  1. You must make the deposit for the amount corresponding to the number of shirts you want, to the bank account of the University, the same one to which you made the payment of your registration.

  2. Later you must send the proof of payment via email to  genesis.amaya@upy.edu.mx   indicating full name, the number_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_ and description of desired items, as well as color and size (CH, M, G and EG).

Orders will close on Friday, July 1 and the delivery date and mechanics will be notified individually later.

Remember that for the official photograph you must wear the purple shirt, however they are also available in white and orange, in models for men and women.
