The Canada Government and the Polytechnic University of Yucatan summon to the

ELAP Winter 2023 Call

Pre-selection process

Open to UPY regular students interested in continuing their studies for the

Winter 23 (January - April) period at Canadian colleges sponsored by

the Emerging Leaders in the Americas Program (ELAP).

Registration process open due: February 29th

•Proof of full-time enrollment (Regular Student) with at least 8.5 GDP

•English proficiency test (iTEP Plus 4.5+ C1)

• Proof of citizenship (Passport)

•Letter of intent from the student.

•Letter of support from the home institution(provided by UPY).

•Privacy Notice Statement (provided by UPY).

•ELAP Plan of Study (provided by UPY).

Feb 9 Info meeting by Teams 1:30 p.m.

Feb 13 iTEP registration and payment deadline ( start )

- Cost for UPY students: 1,400 MXN

Feb 17 iTEP online examination

Feb 20 Online ELAP Pre-registration deadline

- iTEP results must be required

- Letter of intent must be required

Feb. 22. Notification to pre-selected students.

Feb. 24. Deadline for submitting the complete proposal file with all documents required by the call .
